Terms of Service

Last updated 11 June 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the VeriCATI platform and website. By using the service, you agree to them. A separate signed agreement with your organization, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.

The service

VeriCATI provides AI-assisted quality control tooling for CATI surveys. AI surfaces potential issues; your team makes the final decisions. The service is a decision-support tool and does not replace your own quality-control judgment.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to upload the recordings and data you provide.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any respondent consents required in your jurisdiction.
  • You keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

Data and confidentiality

Your uploaded data remains yours. We process it under our Privacy Policy and applicable data-processing agreement, and we treat it as confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to process data you are not authorized to process. AI findings are probabilistic and intended for human review. They must not be used as an automatic accusation against any interviewer.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” Our liability is limited as set out in any signed agreement with your organization; absent one, to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
