VeriCATI (“we”, “us”) operates the VeriCATI platform and this website. For the call recordings and survey data you upload, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor under a data-processing agreement (DPA).

• Call recordings and transcripts you upload, and the survey protocol and data file you provide.
• The findings our system generates and the verdicts your QC team records.
• Account information for your team members (name, work email, role).
• Standard website and product usage analytics.

Uploaded recordings and data are used solely to provide the QC service to your account: transcription, analysis against your protocol, and tuning the flagging criteria used on your own surveys. We do not use your data to train public or shared models.

We use third-party AI providers to transcribe and analyze audio and transcripts. All such processing is covered by data-processing agreements. A current list of sub-processors, including which providers process audio and transcripts, is available on request and forms part of our DPA.

Raw recordings can be automatically deleted a configurable number of days after processing, retaining only the findings and reports. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your data is scoped to your account; there is no cross-customer access. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and audit logging of actions taken in the platform.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you and your respondents may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. As processor, we support our customers (the controllers) in fulfilling these requests. Contact us and we will route the request appropriately.
